Has terrible service hours. Open at 7:15 am, closed by 2:15pm with an hour break from 11:15 to 12:15.
Have to take time off work to go pick up an important package, because the mail carrier wouldn't drop it at the doorstep.
Most people have jobs and work, so those hours barely cover a working person unless they want to wait until Saturday to pick up a package USPS wouldn't deliver on a Monday.
No wonder USPS isn't making any money.
